He Said, She Said.

He wrote me. Did I tell you that? I should have, but I didn't. I wrote him back.

What it said:

A new show? Fun. Your theater classes sound like they rock.

I might be moving out soon as well-- I have a few job options and Tiffa's roommate is (possibly) getting married. If that doesn't work out, Audrey's moving up here in the summer and we're getting an apartment.

Glad to hear things are going well. As for the wedding, you were busy and I was with Tiffa. It was Steve and Cathy's day, and it stayed that way. It was good to see your family.

What I meant:

A new show? (What a surprise. Wait, no... no, it isn't a surprise at all.) Fun. (For you. Poor Liesl.) Your theater classes sound like they rock. (You're going to BYU. Of course they rock. But aren't they humbling you yet? What's wrong with them?)

I might be moving out soon as well-- I have a few job options (in a few months) and Tiffa's roommate is (possibly) getting married. If that doesn't work out, Audrey's moving up here in the summer and we're getting an apartment. (Audrey might be moving up here, but you don't know that. You always had a leg up on me, didn't you? You said once you felt superior. I've never forgotten that and I never will.)

Glad to hear things are going well. (They never go any other way for you, and you'll never know how good you've got it.) As for the wedding, you were busy and I was with Tiffa. (If she hadn't been there, I wouldn't have been either.) It was Steve and Cathy's day, and it stayed that way. It was good to see your family. (Did you miss that? Your family. It was just fine to see you. Not good. Not bad. Not anything. Just fine. I don't feel sorry for saying that. And by the way, out means out. It doesn't mean writing e-mails to check on me, because that's a bit trite at this point. So just please stop trying to be kind and stay in my life, because I said I wanted you to leave it. If you want to care now, you're a bit on the late side, so just don't make the attempt. If you can't do it when it counts, don't do it at all. Your timing was always impeccable.)
